Im just refreshing things up. I'm new in KOSC, the problem is still the same as I understand. Members not active. How about we make a step, anything. I suggest members to stay as long as possible in the chatroom. Maybe we can come up with some ideas there. There's communication barrier using the mailing list as I thought, that is we only receive the information once we know that an email have arrived (if we straight open the email). If we use the chatroom, every little thing will be received, ready for view (of course im not using gmail pop3, imap somewhat useless). Chat client will alert us direct on the desktop view. This way, we have an easier access to the information + instant reply (less fuss). But of course, we need to keep things on topic, no dominating users, fair share, everyone got the right to speak, share.

The explaination quite long, but I thought its worth it. Conclusion, please stay in the chatroom as long as possible (hopefully as long as net connection is available).
